چکیده

Introduction: Canine fossa abscess is an odontogenic infection originating from the upper jaw teeth, specifically premolar or canine. This needs to be treated properly because it can life-threatening. that induces formation of bullae rare. Case Report: A 55-year-old male complained a lump under his eye contain clear fluid after previously undergoing drainage through intraoral access and teeth extraction caused canine abscess. The was in form ruptured lesion reappeared. treatment performed incision extraoral access, postoperative bandage, antibiotic medication. result showed disappeared. prognosis, this case, ad bonam. Conclusion: cases Complications arise, such as bullae, are rare but important know causes, treatment, management. It crucial for dentists aware so they determine when occur.
